CULTURAL PLANNER
Zannah NOE

NARRATIVE
OF CULTURE

  1. CULTURAL PLANNING
  2. PLACEMAKING
  3. PUBLIC ART

As a cultural planner, I delve into the intricacies of the landscape, examining its participants and industries with a keen, observant eye. My process, deeply rooted in creative play and iteration, identifies entry points that ignite action—be it an individual, a collective, or a community.
My work involves conducting comprehensive community assessments to identify and leverage cultural assets and develop strategies for their activation and sustainability.
Drawing from Jane Jacobs' insights in "The Economy of Cities" and the transformative narratives in Rebecca Solnit's "A Paradise Built in Hell," my work embodies a holistic and humanistic vision. Strategic cultural interventions are an extension of my own social practice.
